The PORCA AGM and Board Elections

PORCA is seeking to fill board positions and several Committee Member positions. Being a PORCA Board Director or Committee Member allows you to get involved in PORCA beyond membership and event volunteering!

A Board Director sits on the board for a 2-year term having input and a vote on all PORCA business, while a Committee Member is a non-director role in specific committee such as communications, fundraising, governance, or committees formed for larger events such as the Enduro. Being a Committee Member allows you to contribute a more specific skill set with a lower time investment than being a Director. PORCA can also have more Committee Members than Directors, and they can rotate in/out of tasks without requiring an election.
